Be sure your email includes the following items as they apply:

1. The textbook name and edition.

2. The page number.

3. The problem you are asking about (Remember if you are not scanning your book, you MUST copy the problem word-for word).

4. Your question! Be specific.

5. Finally be sure to include your name and an email address where we can get back to you.

If you are not asking a question out of a textbook, please provide the equivalent information as listed above.

Remember - you have access to staff members who answer any questions any time about any curriculum*!

Helpful Tips

Sometimes it may help to scan your textbook page. This way we avoid typing errors and syntax problems.

You may also consider scanning the notebook page where you tried the problem, this way we can see what you tried and more easily identify what you are missing. If you do so, please scan and save as a PDF document of JPG image.
