This is an excellent resource for students looking for demonstrations of math and science concepts as well as other help.

  • Cut The Knot Interactive Mathematics Miscellany and Puzzles. A rich site covering many topics from geometry, algebra, probability, calculus, and what not. There are more than 850 interactive applets. Some illustrate problems and concepts, others provide interactive practice.

  • Einstein Light Great interactive tutorial on some advanced physics in an easy to understand (and entertaining) video.

  • The Futures Channel - Applied math to the real world! A great resource with videos and applications of math/science in the real world. A good deal of content appears to be free - but only $35 per year to access the site otherwise.

  • High School Ace Hub The High School Hub is a noncommercial learning portal to high-quality free online educational resources for high school students.

  • Homeschool Math HomeschoolMath.net is a comprehensive math resource site for homeschooling parents and teachers: find a homeschool math curriculum guide, free worksheets, math ebooks for elementary grades, an extensive link list of games, interactive tutorials & quizzes, and teaching tips. The resources emphasize understanding of concepts instead of just mechanical memorization of rules.
